Deposits are required to reserve your session and are non refundable.

 

Final payment is due the day of your session.

 

We accept cash, check, credit, or PayPal.

 

If you wish to print your portraits on your own, we ask that you please don't use drugstore or big stores. We put a lot of work into your images. They are art and deserved to be printed with quality labs. We offer gorgeous and affordable printing and can also recommend places local to you, just ask!

 

What is a digital image?

A digital image is a high resolution version of your photo.

 

How will I get my digital files from you?

Digital files are downloadable directly from your proofing gallery.

 

What does my copyright release do?

A copyright release gives you permission to print your photos for personal use. 

 

How many people can I bring to my session?

Session are for up to 5 people. Additional people are $10.00 each.

 

How soon will I see my photos?

It usually takes about 3-5 days to have your proofing gallery up.

 

How fast after I choose my files will I get my edits?

Depending on the amount of images and how busy the studio is, your finished files will take about 5-7 days to be retouched and uploaded

 

How many files will I get to choose from?

What sets us apart from the rest, is you get to see ALL your photos from your session. Yep! That's right! If we take 250 photos, you get to see all 250 regardless if they are over exposed, blurry, dark, or funny faced. 

 

How will I see my proofing gallery?

Your gallery access information will be emailed to you about 5-7 days after your session. It will be live for three weeks only. There is a $ 25.00 fee will be charged to keep the gallery for an additional 2 weeks.

 

What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel, we retain your deposit. If you need to reschedule please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a surcharge.
